Sapphire ES/Spell Hybrid Jewel — Liquid + Desecrate + Dextral Recipe

Steps

1. Buy a Sapphire jewel (ilvl 82+) with the desired ES prefix base (e.g. 35% increased Max ES + 13% increased Critical Spell Damage Bonus).
2. Apply Potent Liquid Contempt: removes a random existing prefix, then adds +1 Prefix Modifier allowed (a suffix-slot craft). The jewel now has 1 bonus prefix slot.
3. Craft Preserved Cranium up to 9 times with Omen of Abyssal Echo active. The desecrated mod pool is rolled fresh each time. Stop when you hit the ES / Spell Damage Hybrid (e.g. 4-8% increased Spell Damage + 5-10% increased Maximum Energy Shield) — it lands as a prefix.
4. Activate Omen of Light + Orb of Annulment. The Omen of Light restricts the annul to desecrated mods only, so the hybrid mod is preserved. (Safety branch; rolls of the desecrated tier are non-controversial.)
5. Activate Omen of Dextral Annulment + Orb of Annulment. Dextral removes only suffix modifiers — clears the ES Recharge suffix so the +1 slot opens.
6. Exalt Orb once to fill the suffix slot.
7. Activate Omen of Dextral Annulment again + Orb of Annulment. This removes the +1 Prefix Modifier allowed suffix, locking the prefix section from re-rolling through chaos/exalt.
8. Exalt Orb again to fill the second suffix slot.
9. Chaos Orb spam until both suffixes are desirable (e.g. energy_shield tags). Prefixes are now locked so chaos only re-rolls suffixes.
10. Apply Potent Liquid Ferocity: removes a random suffix, then adds (40-60)% increased Effect of Prefixes. The simulator lands this at ~59% as in the in-game screenshot.
11. Divine Orb to roll the numeric values of all affixes to their tier ranges.
12. Apply 20 Refined Carapace catalysts. Quality accumulates to 50% (game cap). The Defensive catalyst boosts the ES/Spell Hybrid prefix's numeric value at 50% × energy_shield tag.
13. Vaal Orb — the simulator reports the corruption outcome but the build is preserved unless one of the 25% Vaal implicit/implicit-destroying outcomes hits.
